The App uses Firebase to support functionality. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Information may be shared as needed for the intended purposes of operating the App and delivering listing and classified services.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting unauthorized access, posting harmful or illegal content, interfering with service operations, or violating others' rights.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for operational, legal, or security reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
